Coláiste San Aingeal is a two week intensive Irish course. The primary focus of the course is to develop students speaking and listening skills in preparation for the Junior Certificate exam. Students will be assessed on Day 1 of the Colaiste, following completion of the course, written feedback will be sent to parents/guardians. Our Coláiste is run to a very high standard and all facilitators are highly qualified and experienced Irish teachers.
Activities include: Cooking and Baking, Creative Textiles, Music, Drumming, Drama, Films, Sports, Table Quizzes, Teen Tech Lake shore fun, and lots more!
Alternative Summer Camp is all about having fun and at the same time learning valuable life skill. You will enjoy an exciting range of training and learning while making new friends.
We cater for students aged 9-15 years and offer a wide range of activities to suit all ages (students will be divided into class/age groups). Our highly skilled instructors are motivated and will ensure you have a good time, after you will leave the camp with a brand new skill set which will be of benefit to you in years to come.
The camp includes:

• Basic Life Support (BLS certificate) how to 'start' a heart
• Focal Gaeilge - conversational Irish
• Crime Scene Investigation (CSI), St. Angela's

• Cooking & Baking
• Getting prepared for a part time job
• Lakeshore activities
• GPS Treasure Hunts on campus
Robotics Camp is aimed at 9 – 13 year olds who want to experience the wonder and excitement of designing and programming robots in a fun environment! Develop Android apps to control and command your robot!
During the camp, the students will learn an introduction to robots and programming, building robots, visual programming, and introduction to android programming, app development and remote controlling your robot.
Adventures with Art in the Outdoors is a week of fun and creativity exploring the natural environment in the grounds of St. Angela's College. You will be guided through daily adventures in the woods and at the lakeshore, where you will use a wide variety of art techniques to investigate and celebrate the ecology of the area. You will even discover what kind of pictures water, wind and trees draw! We guarantee you will have great fun experimenting with natural materials such as clay as well as learning new skills, unusual art techniques such as paper-making and cyanotype photography and making new friends.
A courtesy bus is available to collect participants from Sligo town so parents do not have to worry about travel to St. Angela’s College from town.
