As Director of the Centre for Lifelong Learning, Niamh has responsibility for the strategic direction and development of the Centre. Much of the CLL activity is delivered through partnership and collaboration with College Departments.
Niamh has responsibility for developing accredited and non-accredited programmes and courses for EU and International students. She contributes to the on-going development of the Centres Lifelong Learning activities by identifying new opportunities which can contribute to the College’s widening participation strategy.
She has an undergraduate degree in Nursing Studies, Diploma in Management, Master’s Degree in Education (Leadership and Management) and Doctorate in Education (Professional Development; Lifelong Learning; and Management of Change).
Niamh has worked in a number of management roles in Healthcare before moving into Higher Education as a lecturer and then as Director of the CLL.
