Alternative Summer Camp

Category: Holiday Activities, Junior Activity Camps, Alternative Summer Camp
Duration: 1 week (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: No camp in 2018

Since 2011, the CLL has offered a wide range of holiday activities for children. This has led to increased awareness of the College within the Sligo community. Despite the popularity and community engagement role of these programmes, the CLL has taken the decision not to run any children's holiday activities for the summer of 2018.

This decision was not taken lightly. The resource requirements and the strategy for such holiday programming will be reviewed as part of the College's wider community engagement initiatives during 2018, with the anticipation that a suite of summer activities will be offered again in 2019.

I can understand the disappointment and indeed the inconvenience this may cause, so please accept my apologies. We hope that in years to come the College will be in a position to offer a range of engagement initiatives to the wider community.

Kind regards

Maria
